Michigan's Historic Railroad Stations, just published by Wayne State University Press.
Michigan's Historic Railroad Stations is a contemporary photographic survey of the iconic train depots in towns across our state, including functioning stations, re-purposed buildings, and derelicts. Michael Hodges is the art and architecture writer for the Detroit News and is also an accomplished photographer who has created a set of photos of Detroit architecture entitled Unexpected Detroit. His latest work, Michigan Historic Railroad Stations has just been named a 2013 Michigan Notable Book by the Library of Michigan.
