Did you know that you can check the status of your library account 24/7, even when the library is closed? One way is to call our automated phone line, available around the clock. Simply dial 586-203-8725 from a touch-tone phone and have your library card number and PIN ready. After you have entered these numbers at the prompt, you will be able to select from an automated menu to hear the titles and due dates of items you have checked out, items you have on hold, and any overdues and fine amounts on your record. You may also renew items, if they are eligible for renewal, through this service.
Another way to check your account information is to log in through our online library catalog. Once on our catalog site, simply click the "My Account" option on the menu line, and select "Review My Account" or "Renew My Materials." You will be asked to enter your library card number and your PIN to do this. Our library catalog is also available for iPhone and iPad mobile devices. Just download the free BookMyne app from the iTunes app store and the library catalog can go wherever you go.
