Flags Lowered in Honor of Fallen Police Officer


The library's flags are flying at half-staff today in honor of Livonia police officer Larry Nehasil, who was killed in the line of duty on January 17.

Flags Lowered in Honor of Arizona Shooting Victims


In accordance with an order by Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder, the library's flags will fly at half-staff through Friday, January 14 in honor of the victims of the shooting in Tucson, Arizona which took place on Saturday, January 8.
