Library Collects Cell Phones for Soldiers

Mount Clemens Public Library is now an official drop-off location for the Cell Phones For Soldiers program. Whenever you change or upgrade your cell phone, we encourage you to donate your old phone for this worthy cause. Cell Phones For Soldiers collects old, used cell phones and turns them in to pre-paid calling cards which are then distributed to our troops. These cards allow our service men and women to stay connected with their families while they are deployed.

To read more about the Cell Phones For Soldiers program, click here. To donate your old cell phone, drop it off at the check-out desk any time during regular library hours.
