Recycle Those Books!

Are you cleaning out closets, shelves and storage places? Have you accumulated more books than you have space for? If so, please consider donating your used books to the library. Donated items that are appropriate for the library's collection may be added to our shelves, and the remainder are sorted by our volunteer book sale coordinator and sold at our annual used book sale. Proceeds from the used book sale fund library programs, services, and new materials purchases. It's a great way to recycle those books.

If you would like to donate your used books to the library, you may drop them off at the check-out desk any time during regular library business hours. While you're at it, don't forget that the library also recycles ink jet printer cartridges and old cell phones, so bring those along as well.

Your public library and your planet thank you!
