Learn About Downloadable Media!

On March 2, Mount Clemens Public Library will launch its brand new downloadable media site, making talking books, music and video available to your personal computer, laptop or portable device. We are collaborating with five other libraries in the Suburban Library Cooperative to bring you this new service, and we want to show you how to use and enjoy it. Join adult services librarian Kristy Taormina for a live demonstration of our new media download site on Tuesday, March 10 at 3 p.m. or Thursday, April 23 at 7 p.m. Kristy will show you how to download the free software that you will need to access the service, and how to search and download media from our new site for your personal use. To use the media download center, you will need a library card in good standing from Mount Clemens, Romeo, Roseville, St. Clair Shores, New Baltimore, or Lenox Township libraries. The demo program is free and no registration is required.
