Book Fair Sneak Preview

Here's another sneak peek at one of the sessions that will be offered at our Macomb Book Fair and Writers' Conference on Saturday, February 7:

"Promoting With a Publicist: How It Works," will be presented by Dennis Archambault.
You've written and published a manuscript and now it is time to promote it. Do you need help, or can you do the job yourself? Join publicist Dennis Archambault as he discusses the best approaches to promoting your novel.

Dennis Archambault began his career as a writer, photographer and editor before pursuing a career in public relations. He was manager of Marketing Communications for St. Joseph Hospital-Flint, director of Public Relations for Detroit Receiving Hospital and University Health Center, and director of Community Relations for the Detroit Medical Center.
He established Archambault Communications, based in Detroit, Michigan, in 1999, specializing in non-profit and cause-related organizations. His clients range from Midwest Eye-Banks and the Detroit Wayne County Health Authority to Central American Ministries, Alzheimer’s Association – Great Lakes Region, and author Karen White-Owens.
Archambault is also a free-lance writer and regular contributor to Model D and Metromode, online publications serving readers in Southeast Michigan, and Michigan Medicine, a magazine for physicians in Michigan. He has also written poetry and fiction.
Archambault has a bachelor’s of arts degree in English from John Carroll University and a master’s degree in Public Relations from Michigan State University.
